…oder wie man Experten motiviert, ihr Wissen global auszutauschen.
Can we avoid a tragedy of the commons by creating shareholder, stakeholder, and social value by using virtual knowledge sharing to create new social schemes? How can knowledge management help find innovative solutions to some of the world’s most challenging problems? Trudi Schifter, Founder & CEO at AquaSPE, will bring you a case study from the water sector.
This is a hands-on, interactive workshop. After setting the stage with her key note, we will discuss options and implications with Trudi and all others interested in the various aspects, like “shared values in business focused Knowledge Sharing Networks” and “the role of external domain experts”. We will flexibly discuss in a mix of English and German.
